Ben Nobles

Ben is an Advisor and Principal at the New England Consulting Group, the world’s premier marketing management consulting firm. A key member of the firm’s Healthcare, CPG, and Retail practices, Ben brings over 30 years of executive leadership and strategic management experience driving growth and innovation across iconic brands including Alcon, Allergan (AbbVie), CIBA Vision, Novartis, and Upjohn.

Ben began his career in the pharmaceutical industry and has since worked extensively across the medical device and consumer packaged goods sectors bringing decades of executive leadership experience guiding large, complex organizations. Throughout his career, he has had broad cross-functional responsibility spanning Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Human Resources.  He has led organizations through three major acquisitions, mergers, and corporate reorganizations, building deep expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, and commercial execution at scale.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Ben is an entrepreneur who has founded and scaled startups across the healthcare, retail, and service sectors. He brings hands-on experience in company formation, capital raising, and early-stage growth, enabling him to advise both emerging companies and established enterprises on strategy, execution, and value creation across the full business lifecycle.

Ben is deeply committed to nonprofit work, with a focus on initiatives that support underserved communities across Georgia. Currently, he is the Founder of the CxO Advisors, a fractional C-suite advisory firm providing strategy, growth, and operational leadership to mid-market and growth-oriented organizations.

Ben holds a Bachelor or Science from University of Georgia and completed executive education programs at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School.
