Jim is an Advisor & Principal of the New England Consulting Group, and a key member of our automotive and consumer packaged goods practice teams.
Jim was Executive Vice President of Global Sales Marketing and Service for DaimlerChrysler, serving on the Chrysler Dodge & Jeep Executive Committee and the Product Strategy & New Vehicles Committees.
He led Global Brand Marketing, US Sales, DaimlerChrysler Canada, DaimlerChrysler de Mexico, International Sales & Marketing, Fleet Sales & Remarketing, Customer Relationship Management, and e-Business. He also served on the Board of SRT Performance Vehicles.
Jim joined Chrysler from Ford Motor Company, where he was VP, Global Marketing. At Ford, he led the development of Ford’s patented Brand Processes that drive Vehicle Design & Features, and the look and feel of Marketing & Store Design for the following brands: Ford, Lincoln, Land Rover, Volvo, Mazda, Jaguar, and Aston-Martin.
Prior to joining Ford, he was Executive VP of Sales and Marketing for RJR Nabisco, VP of the Consumer & Retailing Industries Group of Booz Allen & Hamilton, and VP of Marketing with Studebaker-Worthington, Inc.
Jim graduated with honors from Carleton College and earned his MBA at Harvard.
