Justin Lambeth

Justin is an Advisor & Principal of the New England Consulting Group and a key member of our Consumer Goods and Private Equity practice teams.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales and general management roles, Justin has a proven track record building brands across both Fortune 500 companies and private-equity backed ventures, including Nabisco, Heinz, PepsiCo, NatureSweet, Treeline Cheese, and HIPPEAS.

Justin began his career in brand management at Nabisco followed by key roles at H.J. Heinz, where he managed iconic brand Heinz Ketchup, Condiments, Sauces BU and Frozen Meals BU. From there, he joined PepsiCo, initially as Director of Macrosnack Innovation, and then Vice President/General Manager for Core Brands overseeing a multibillion-dollar portfolio that included Lay’s, Ruffles, Miss Vickie’s, Tostitos, Sun Chips and Rold Gold. During this time, he was named a Brandweek Marketer of the Year for delivering consecutive years of double-digit growth on Lay’s. He later served as CMO of PepsiCo’s Quaker Division, where he helped revitalize growth while sustaining industry-leading margins.

After two decades cultivating global brands, Justin shifted his focus to leading private equity-backed companies. He was the Chief Commercial Officer at Naturesweet, the largest vertically integrated agricultural company in North America. Thereafter, he was named CEO of Treeline Cheese, where he scaled the artisanal plant-based business by strengthening its capital base, reporting systems, and organizational infrastructure. Most recently, Justin was the CEO of HIPPEAS, an innovative brand known for its organic, gluten-free chickpea snacks.

Justin holds a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University, Babcock School of Business.
