Leveraging over 25 years of marketing management experience, Laraine excels in leading turnarounds for legacy brands and scaling high-growth businesses. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, value creation, and developing transformation agendas driving turnarounds of legacy brands in previously stagnant categories.
Laraine’s career spans iconic brands at General Mills, Unilever, PepsiCo, and Young & Rubicam. A commercially driven leader, she has a proven track record of delivering significant P&L improvements through omnichannel marketing and operational efficiency. She has held senior management roles in both large public companies and smaller privately-held firms.
As a change agent, Laraine excels at simplifying complex business challenges, setting actionable priorities, and achieving impactful results in a short time frame. Her strong business acumen and keen market insight enable her to deliver solutions that enhance both top and bottom lines.
Before joining New England Consulting Group, Laraine served as the North America President of Lipton Teas & Infusions, the world’s largest tea company. There, she orchestrated a historic turnaround involving a portfolio transformation and operational efficiencies, driving double-digit growth in a stagnant category. She also played a key role in the sale of the business from Unilever to CVC for $5 billion (14.5x EBITDA).
Outside of NECG, Laraine is a passionate foodie and trend enthusiast, known for traveling far and wide in search of unique dining experiences.
Laraine earned her BA from the University of Virginia and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
